The Packages include: The MenuSelection of Hors d΄oeuvres, plated Dinner and Specially Created Wedding Cake. Our Catering Managers are well prepared to custom design a menu with your specific taste. We offer our Brides the opportunity to experience our Chef΄s unique food tasting up to two guests on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 2:00 PM six to eight weeks prior to your wedding. Prices may be confirmed six months prior to your wedding. The Beverage Premium beverage service is offered throughout the evening for five hours including open bar, wine with dinner, The Ritz-Carlton Toast. The Ritz-Carlton Sommelier will select a white and a red wine for your menu, however, you may select wines of your choice by simply speaking with your Catering Manager. The Ceremony Select wedding arrange to have the ceremony in a private room. A complimentary Rehearsal time may be coordinated with your Catering Manager. Inside ceremony fees are $200.00, outdoor fees are $300.00. The Guarantee Final attendance with the detailed seating chart will be completed with your Catering Manager 72 hours prior to the wedding. Linen and Table Arrangement A choice of linens, chair covers and tiffany chairs are provided on a rental basis. Based on your requirements, a personalized seating diagram will be designed so that guests seating may be arranged in accordance with your preference. Ritz-Carlton Recommends Please consult with our Catering Managers for a recommended list of florist, entertainment and photography/video personnel. Bridal Suite The package includes a complimentary Suite for the evening of the wedding. The Suite is finished with a bath menu, sexy bath essentials and rose petals to welcome you back to your suite after the reception.(Minimum of 60 guests) Guests Room Reservations Should guestrooms be required for your out of town guests, a number of rooms may be reserved. Special rates may be negotiated. Please speak to your Catering Manager to coordinate your needs. Deposit and Payment To secure a date, signed contract and deposit are required. Deposits are non-refundable. A full estimated prepayment of the event is due 15 working days prior to the wedding via certified check or credit card.

The wedding ceremony is filmed until the happy couple say their "I do΄s" and toasting to friends and family. The duration of the video is approximately between 30 to 40 minutes. Conversion of the video if necessary is at no additional cost. Your memories of your special day are delivered personally to you the following day. Requirements for getting
married in Cancun, Mexico
In order to get married by an official of the Mexican Government, there are several requirements: Copy of Tourist Cards (you will get them at your arrival to the Cancun Airport or during your flight) Copy of Birth Certificate (must have the Apostille Convention Certification) Copy of Passport or Drivers License Blood tests and certificate issued by hotel physician, one week prior to the wedding. If any of the parties to be married are divorced, a copy of the divorce decree must be provided. Death Certificate if a previous marriage ended by death. Four (4) Witnesses are required by law. Witnesses must also present copy of tourist card, if not Mexican, and copy of passport All the official requirements need to be received by our Wedding Coordinator five working days prior to the ceremony date in order to comply with the Civil Registry Office regulations.
