RESERVATIONS
All requests are subject to availability and answers are sent generally
within 48 hrs.
If a specific hotel is not available, a second option will be sent and
considered accepted unless you reply our message.
When requesting any type of reservation the client accepts the general
conditions.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
One single payment 14 days prior to passengers´ arrival during high season
and 7 days in low season. For Christmas and New Year bookings, full payments
must be received at least 90 days prior to arrival. Not complying with this
will incur a cancellation of hotels and services. Wedding in Cancun cannot be held
responsible for any cancellations due to lack of payment as stated above.
Bank checks or personal checks are not accepted.
All payments made by direct deposit to our account or wire transfers must be
faxed to us in advance in order to credit the proper account. Wedding in
Cancun will
not be responsible for any cancellations due to lack of payment.
All bank fees and service charges incurred by the bank have to be paid by
the agent. Failure to comply with payment dates will implicate the
cancellation of services without any previous notice or passengers will be
charged directly.
All invoices have to be paid before passengers arrival.
In case there is a difference between the invoice and our Tariff, please
make the right payment and let us know in other to avoid any cancellations.
Due to high cost of communications, an administrative fee will be charged,
for any hotel reservations and services, as well as last minute changes.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
The following charges will be applied for changes and/or cancellations of
hotel reservations and services:
First change and any additional change or cancellation.
Two night hotel accommodations will be charged if cancellations are not made
within cancellation penalty.
During high season less than 14 days prior to passengers´ arrival.
During low season less than 7 days prior to passengers’ arrival.
No show passengers will be charged with hotel night accommodation, depending
on the number of nights reserved.
During Christmas and New Year, any cancellation made within 60 days prior to
arrival, no refund will be made. Total amount will be charged. Full payment
required 90 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations must be sent by fax at: (052998) 884-9844. We do not
accept any kind of cancellations made by telephone or e-mail.
COMPLAINS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
There will be no refund for unused services that passengers did not take at
their own will.
Claims of other nature must be submitted in writing to our office not later
than 30 days after the completion of services.
We will not accept any type of discount, credit or refund deducted from
payments without its previous written authorization.
Any refund, credit or discount will be approved by the Administration Office
between 30 and 60 days from date of request.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Rates quoted on the tariff are subject to change without prior notice.
Hotels are not forced to accept early check-ins or late checkouts without
any charge.
Family Plan
Most hotels authorize a maximum of 2 children under 12 years old at no
additional charge, except for all-inclusive hotels or when indicated in
Confidential Tariff.
During Christmas, New Year and Easter Week hotels require a minimum stay of
7 nights. Reservations have to be made at least 90 days prior to
passengers´arrival. In case payment is not reflected in our account, the
hotel reserve the right to cancel the reservation automatically without any
kind of compensation.
In case of over booking, the hotel reserves the right to provide
accommodations at other hotels of the same or better category with no
additional charge.
GROUPS
Tips for bellboys and maids at hotels are mandatory. Hotels will consider a
group if more than 10 rooms are requested.
TRANSPORTATION & TRANSFERS
All transfers are offered in appropriate vehicles and on a shared basis,
except when a private service is requested.
All excursions and tours are operated in cars, vans, mini buses, or deluxe
buses, with experienced Spanish/English speaking guides / escorts, unless a
private services is requested.
Tips for guides and escorts are not included and left to the discretion of
each client.
SEASONS
(High season is from December 20th to April 15th, and July 1st. To August
31st.)
RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of the tour operator is limited. We act only as an agent
for passengers who travel by railroad, bus, private car, boat, or any other
transportation service and do not assume any liability for injury, damage,
loss, accident, delay that may be caused either by a specific reason,
mechanic defect, or people during transfers and excursions. Direct or
indirect acts of God, accidents in the sea, fire, machinery breakdown,
changes in schedule, acts of Government, wars, civil battles, plagues,
medical regulations, theft or any loss or damage resulting from improper
passports, visas or other documents or from any other beyond Our control.
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
Important: Please read and If you have any questions, consult our Sales
executives .
In consideration, Our Clients waive, release legal representatives
(including successors), any and all rights and/or claims against the
sponsors and promoters of Wedding in Cancun , or other sponsors or
affiliated organizations and their respective agents, officers, and
employees for any and all damages, injuries or claims which may be sustained
by me directly or indirectly.
Our Clients freely acknowledge and fully assume all risks of weather
conditions, as well as the possibility of physical and/or mental trauma (or
injury). I further agree that I will bear all expenses incurred in any such
accidents.
The above agreements and representations are understanded of the risks and
Our clients assume these voluntarily and freely without coercion or duress.
