Price Includes: a) Greeting and assistance by OUR staff b) Airport sky caps on arrival/departure and all gratuities c) Coordination of all movement of luggage between airport and hotel d) Luggage trucks e) Reconfirmation of all return flights The type of units used for transfers depends on the number of arrivals, i.e. when all group members arrive together on the same flight, we use a/c motor-coach for every 40 passengers , or minibuses for 25 and 29 people. Scattered arrivals or departures are handled via suburbans. In order to coordinate the required vehicles , the arrival/departure flights manifest is required 07 days prior to the passengers’ arrival date. Private Transfers : One way transfers: a) Via limousine, 4 pax capacity. b) Via air conditioned Vans, 6 pax capacity Transfers will be provided on a Private basis by our personnel and transfer them to the hotel. For departure transfers, passengers will be picked up 3 hours prior to international flight departure. Our Meet & Greet Service Includes: Personal assistance at the airport, Identification signs with Group's name or logo, Full assistance with airlines, VIP's deluxe transportation. VIP Special Deluxe Transfers: One way "private transfers" including: a) Scented cold facial towels Sightseeing private Tours to: T ransfer Aspects:a) For heavy arrivals (over 90 pax) all passengers luggage will be transferred to the hotel via luggage trucks and should arrive to the hotel 30 minutes after having departed from the airport. b) After clearing customs you will immediately see our staff waiting to greet you. They will coordinate the movement of passengers and luggage during arrivals and departures. They will greet arrivals with complimentary welcome signs which clearly indicate the name of your group and will assist passengers boarding their transportation. c) Upon arrival at the hotel, staff will collect the airline tickets at the hospitality desk to reconfirm the return flights. These will be returned to the passengers the day prior to departure along with a departure notice advising the time to place luggage outside the rooms for the departure bag pull. (Copies of this information is always provided to the bell captain to ensure the departure of the group is as uneventful as possible). Complimentary Services: We will arrange with the hotel the use of a Hospitality Desk for the entire stay of your group.
